Eden Vale Associates (EVA) provides management support, strategic advice, business planning and fund raising services to food and drink businesses within the UK, the majority of whom could benefit from additional and more appropriate funding together with support and assistance to improve both the profitability and value of the business.

EVA provides practical support and advice regarding strategic business planning and development, profitability and operational analysis and improvement, project feasability studies, financial projections, product development and exploitation of commercial opportunities. Non executive finance roles are also undertaken on a part time basis ranging from one day per month up to two days per week.

EVA offers a skill base covering most key business disciplines and can offer practical support and advice on the right way to fund your business and assist you in obtaining funds from a wide range of reputable lenders throughout the UK, with whom we deal personally on a regular basis.

With over 15 years experience in various food and drinks companies at a senior level you will be dealing with someone who has had extensive and first hand experience of the challenges and frustrations of running and growing businesses.
